You will have to name your songs on of those names in order for it to work. The other version only contains the file structure and text files detailing the names of the songs.
The larger version includes all the present songs if you want to listen to them before you decide which songs to overwrite. I have uploaded two separate versions of the file structure. At the moment it requires you to overwrite a song: You CANNOT add songs only replace them. This is a means to import your own songs into the current radio stations.
